Legally known as Victoria Judith Otazo in the 9th house of legal affairs, and nicknamed Vicky as a child as to the 5th house of romance and having children and 10th house of persona or public appearance, I grew up in North Hollywood and moved to Santa Clarita with the family to join the city of Santa Clarita Valley as a community member. Still part of  Los Angeles County, I was enlisted in the junior deputy sheriff program as a 6th grader. I graduated from Saugus HS in 2002. I graduated from College of the Canyons in 2005. I graduated from California State University Northridge in 2008. I briefly attended NYU in 2014 and withdrew. I studied many subjects ranging from Religion to Politics to Music to Art to Film and more. I had many odd jobs over the years and continue to work on my projects including writing and music and working odd jobs to pay the bills.
